REFUNDS AND RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the inner plastic sleeve unopened. We must be informed of your request to return within 14 days of delivery. We allow exchanges for a different size or refunds if the inner plastic sleeve is unopened however you must arrange shipping back to us at your cost. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return or exchange your item.
The item must be in perfect condition and the inner plastic sleeve unopened for a refund to be granted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the item is in perfect condition we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Covers may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please contact us within 14 days on email@example.com if you would like to create a return. Please note we only accept unused covers. Covers with dog hair will not be accepted for a return. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to show up on your statement.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your item is faulty within 30 days of delivery.
